I’m Louise, a personal trainer based in Maroubra, specialising in evidence-based training to support strength, function and long-term health. I work with women across pregnancy, post-natal recovery, perimenopause and menopause, as well as mature men and women seeking to build strength, resilience and confidence as they age. My approach combines scientific expertise, personalised programming and practical coaching to help you move well, feel strong and stay active for life.
